What will it cost to host my mailing list Our Email Marketing Package pricing is based on the number of subscribers on your list plus any additional bandwidth used. All list price include 1 Gigabyte of bandwidth. Additional overage bandwidth is billed at $10 for every gigabyte you go over. Use our cost calculator to get a better estimate of what your monthly costs may be.
Are there any contracts to sign You are only required to sign our Acceptable Usage Policy and Terms of Service contracts only.

Do I have to commit to more than a month You may cancel at any time. Just email and fax us your cancellation request a few days before the start of the new month. All remaining balances for overusage must be paid in full upon cancellation of your account. If your balance is not paid in full, your account will be closed and marked as delinquent and sent to the collection agency and the credit reporting bureaus.
How will I be billed You will be billed before the start of each new month of service. All payments MUST be received before the 1st of each new month of service. All payments that are not received before the start of each new month will have their accounts deactivated. A late fee will apply to all late payments. A $35 reactivation fee will be apply to all deactivated accounts. All balances carried over from the previous month will be applied to the following new month of service.
Are there any additional or hidden cost No. As long as you do not go over your 1 gigabyte monthly bandwidth allocation, your cost should stay the same. However, if you do go over your 1 gigabyte monthly bandwidth allocation, you will be billed an additional $10 for every gigabyte over. The additional charges will be carried over and reflected on the following month's invoice/bill.
Can you handle millions of subscribers Our servers are fast. We run on the latest Dell servers and Microsoft Windows Server operating system. Our Email Marketing software is the key to our success. We run the latest Lyris ListManager Email Marketing software, the industry standard for email management, tracking and delivery. We do not oversell our services. We only host a certain amount of subscribers per server. Each of our servers are capable of delivering 900,000 email per hour. If you have a big list with millions of subscribers, we suggest hosting on one of our dedicated Lyris ListManager servers.
Can I import bulk email addresses Xoopa provides a permission based email marketing service. All subscriber email leads must be opt-in. Please see our Acceptable Usage Policy for more info.
How long will it take to get started We can have you set up and running on the same day. Usually within 6-12 hours. If you are eager to get started, let us know and we will rush your order. Just place your order online or by phone Toll Free at: 1-888-Go-Xoopa.
Do you offer Branding For a small one-time setup fee ($35), you may brand your mailings with our Virtual Mail Server option. The links in your mailings can be list.yourdomain.com instead of list.xoopa.net. Additional setup is required on your part. You will need to create an A record at your domain registry and point list.yourdomain.com to our servers at go.xoopa.net.

Note: You can name the virtual mail server whatever you want. It does not have to be list.yourdomain.com. It can be whatever.yourdomain.com. Just make sure whatever you choose to point it at our servers at go.xoopa.net. If you need help setting this up, let us know. We will walk you through it step by step.
What kind of support will I receive We provide unlimited online and email support. Just login to our support section to access our knowledgebase and user manuals as well as submit trouble tickets.
